Inside The Pursuetist House: Where Alibaug, Collaboration, and Chaos Made an EP Come Alive
There are projects that are produced, and then there are projects that feel like they happen to you. The Pursuetist House sits firmly in the second category. What began as a brand collaboration for Pursue Hard Seltzer turned into a full blown creative retreat where seven underground artists and one producer built music from pure instinct. No posturing. No staged moments. Just a house, a vibe, and four days of letting the process lead the way.
Alibaug as the Creative Engine
Alibaug was not just a location. It was the catalyst. The salty air, the quiet beaches, late afternoon light slipping through palm trees, and plates of fresh seafood set the tone long before the cameras rolled. The environment softened everyone. The musicians arrived with open minds and left with stories etched into melodies. Being away from the city gave them permission to slow down and listen to their surroundings. Alibaug’s easygoing rhythm shaped the EP in ways a studio never could.
A House that Turned into a Creative Ecosystem
Living together for a week changed everything. Meals turned into reference checks. A late night guitar loop became someone else’s verse by sunrise. The house worked like a creative organism where no one performed for the camera. Every track grew out of real conversations, small sparks, and instinctual decisions.
Each artist carried a theme. Rhythm for Adi. Adventure for Dhanji. Freedom for Reble. Nostalgia for Bharg. Love for Sarah Black. Harmony for Tricksingh. Dishaan stayed at the center, sparking directions without dictating them. The challenge was big. Six original tracks and six music videos in four days. But honesty made the process possible.
A Collaboration of Teams that Flowed as Smoothly as the Music
Behind the scenes, four agencies worked as one. Mint Co, Frizzon Productions, Slow Show Projects, and Add Chai Tapri. With such a large team, chaos was expected, but the opposite happened. Workflows aligned naturally. Pre production, execution, cinematography, and remote post production moved with clarity because everyone knew their strength and let the others shine.
Six Music Videos. One EP. One House that Started a Movement

The output from those four days is an EP titled The Pursuetist House and six music videos. Mauke by Dhanji and Dishaan. Tell Me by Sarah Black and Dishaan. Alia by Bharg and Dishaan. Speak Up by Adi Said That and Dishaan. Jawab by Tricksingh and Dishaan. For Life by Reble and Dishaan. Every track carries the mood of the retreat and the energy of the house.
A Cultural Ripple Bigger Than the Project
Once it launched, creators across the country amplified the wave. Reels celebrated the process. Fans discovered new voices. The Pursuetist House did not just document a moment. It shaped a movement. A reminder that when the right people meet in the right space, music does not just get made. It finds its purpose.
My Personal Note Inside the Madness
For me, this project arrived at a strange time. I was dealing with my health and a troubling knee ACL. Travelling to Alibaug, boarding a shaky ferry, and being on set for a week felt almost irresponsible. I kept wondering if I should choose recovery over a demanding shoot. But as the opening line of this blog says, some projects happen to you. This one did.
I knew this was more than a documentary or a music video. It was a chance to work alongside brilliant minds and build something meaningful within tight budgets. A true 2025 memory in the making. I got through it because my team held me up. They ran operations, sorted production chaos, and handled the big things which allowed me to be present, do remote physio when needed, and contribute in whatever way I could. I am glad I chose to go.
If this was Volume 1, the scene is already waiting for Volume 2.
